Sleeping Less

Sleeping less : What to do about it, this is the new on yahoo, I just read, because I always difficult to sleep, even I don't have any problem, I have tried to closed my eyes but still can' t sleep, maybe untill one or two hours, and always week up in midnight, try sleep again but not weel. In morning I can feel to lazzy to week up, like no spirit, I know it is not good for my healthy, so I search in Yahoo and get this news.
Generally, it has been assumed that the need for sleep does not decrease with age, but rather that other factors gradually come to interfere with our ability to sleep through the night.
Older individuals, for instance, are at greater risk not only for developing medical and psychiatric disorders but also for taking medications that can disrupt sleep. In spite of these influences, however, it may be that an actual biological deterioration of the sleep drive might also be playing a role.
A new study published in the journal Current Biology has been able to shed some light on this puzzle of sleep and aging. The researchers, who wanted to determine the maximal sleep capacity of both young and older persons, arranged for groups of younger adults (ages 18 to 32 years) and older adults (ages 60 to 76 years) to lie in bed for 12 hours during the night and for another 4 hours in the afternoon.
The subjects tended to sleep significantly longer at the beginning of the experiment, presumably because they were making up for a sleep debt accrued during their usual daily sleep routines. When the sleep patterns stabilized, however, the younger adults were capable of sleeping for much longer times — an average of 8.9 hours daily — than were the elderly people, who got only 7.4 hours daily. This 1.5-hour difference in maximal sleep capacity is impressive.
If your biological drive for sleep seems to have decreased, make sure that you are following the kinds of routines and behaviors that will give you the best chance of getting as much refreshing sleep as possible. Here are some examples of good sleep hygiene:
-Make sure that you're going to bed early enough to allow yourself to get an adequate night's sleep.
-As your bedtime approaches, develop a relaxing routine in the evening — don't keep busy until the moment before you expect to fall asleep.
-Avoid watching TV in bed.
-Sleep in a cool, relatively dark room.
Consider going to sleep to the sound of white noise, either from a bedside fan or a machine that generates calming sounds.
Increase your exercising, but don't do it so near to bedtime that it gets your adrenaline flowing and keeps you awake.
Limit your daily intake of caffeinated beverages and avoid them completely after lunchtime.
Avoid alcoholic beverages.

Miracle On The Hudson

Miracle, I love this word, and it will happend suddenly, don't know where, when and to whom it's happened. I just saw the abc NEWS from Yahoo about US Airways plane crashesinto Hudson Rivew.


Now I read the Crews hoist ditched plane from Hudson River.
Salvage crews hoisted a downed US Airways jetliner from the Hudson River and onto a barge late Saturday, three days after its pilot made what he told investigators was a split-second decision to attempt a water landing to avoid a possibly "catastrophic" crash over populated areas.
Investigators retrieved the plane's black boxes, which were filled with fresh water, packed into blue coolers and were to be sped immediately to Washington.
The aircraft's torn and shredded underbelly revealed the force with which it had hit the water. Its right wing appeared charred, some pieces of metal dropped from the plane as it was maneuvered in the darkness, and the destroyed right engine appeared as though the outside had been peeled off.
An emergency slide still hung from the plane; nearby, a compartment door was open, with some luggage still visible inside. A gash extended from the base of the plane toward the windows. And in places, the skin of the aircraft was simply gone. But much of the top half of the fuselage appeared relatively untouched.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

New Spirit

After long holiday, yesterday I start working, beginning in this year I hope I have a new spirit. I always smile when meet some body and try to make conversation first with "Happy New Year", of course they will answer with the good talk. I wish I could do more goodness, kindness in this year, and I believe our life will be useful.

Talk about future, all people want have the best, me too, I think we should optimist, even we got crisis economy, so let's talk about something funny or somethings that can make our happy beginning in this New Year.

This is the brilliant idea, best design, really amazing.
But I don't sure want to buy it, first because it should be very expensive, second because I can't ware it, and if I can ware only my self can see it, impossible in front of the public. So why I must west my money to buy it if I'm not a millioner?
